Our booking conditions are simple and straightforward. To secure your reservation you are required to:
If you’ve booked direct, 10% is typically taken to secure the reservation with the remaining amount taken 7 days prior to check-in.
If you have booked via a booking platform like AirBnB, please see thier payment terms.
We take ID to confirm the identity of the lead guest in all our bookings as a way of preventing fraudulent bookings and maintaining our homes in good condition.
The ID verification on booking platforms like AirBnB is not passed on to hosts like us, so offers us no protection.
There is a requirement for a security deposit, this ranges from £200 – £300 dependant on the property. It is fully refunded within 10 working days (normally within 3 days) after check-out if no deductions apply.
We are very understanding if incidents occur – e.g. broken glass or plate, and would not charge, we know accidents can happen. All we ask is that you inform us as soon as possible so hat we can ensure everything is back up to standard for all our guests to enjoy.
Check-in time is typically from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy, which is outlined in the booking confirmation. Cancellations made within a certain period before the check-in date are generally refundable. Any cancellations made closer to the check-in date may incur a fee.
