If you have booked via a booking platform like AirBnB, please see thier payment terms.
We take ID to confirm the identity of the lead guest in all our bookings as a way of preventing fraudulent bookings and maintaining our homes in good condition.
The ID verification on booking platforms like AirBnB is not passed on to hosts like us, so offers us no protection.
There is a requirement for a security deposit, this ranges from £100 – £300 dependant on the property. SafeGuest manages all of the deposits on our behalf. SafeGuest will collect this from the Guest prior to check-in and hold it securely until 48 hours after check-out, unless a valid claim is submitted.
We are very understanding if incidents occur – e.g. broken glass or plate, and would not charge, we know accidents can happen. All we ask is that you inform us as soon as possible so hat we can ensure everything is back up to standard for all our guests to enjoy.
Check-in time is typically from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM. If you require a different check-in or check-out time, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy, which is outlined in the booking confirmation. Cancellations made within a certain period before the check-in date are generally refundable. Any cancellations made closer to the check-in date may incur a fee.
We understand that pets are part of the family, and certain properties do allow pets. Please check the specific listing for pet-friendly policies, or contact us to confirm pet accommodations before booking.
Yes, we welcome families with children. Our properties offer a comfortable and safe environment for guests of all ages. If you require additional amenities such as cots, high chairs, or childproofing, please let us know in advance.
